Cari Voegeli - Owner/Professional Stylist

Cari became a licensed cosmetologist in 1986. With over 30 years of experience she specializes in various aspects of the hair industry such as; permanent and semi-permanent hair coloring, highlighting, permanent waves, haircutting, sew-in & clip-in extensions, Pure Brazilian blowouts, permanent straighteners/relaxers, facial waxing, eye lash extensions, and special occasion hairstyles for women of all ages. She is an International Hair Designer with Jingles International. Cari is also a licensed cosmetologist instructor. She has been a co-owner of Looks Salon and Spa since 2012, and has managed and owned several other salons in multiple states. Cari is now accepting new clients, come in and let your business be her pleasure!

Elizabeth Doran - Professional Stylist

Elizabeth has been a cosmetologist since 2013. Through the years she has extended her knowledge and education in color corrections and creative colors. She specializes in vivid artistic colors, highlighting, and balayage. Elizabeth also loves allowing her clients to enjoy a fun haircut, and she is now accepting new clients. Whether through a long blended layered haircut or a short textured style, Elizabeth loves helping her clients express themselves through their hair.

Angela Cook - Professional Stylist

Angela started with Looks Salon and Spa in 2020, and has been a stylist since 2000. She specializes in permanent and semi-permanent hair coloring, permanent waves, and haircuts for curly hair. Angela is a self-employed stylist that has been working in the Georgetown area since 2005 and is now accepting new clients. Brett Andrews - Professional Stylist

Brett has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 50 years. He was previously a permanent wave technician for Peter Hantz, and has been with Looks Salon and Spa since 2012. Brett specializes in services for both men and women such as; permanent waves, haircutting, Permanent haircoloring and lightening, and shampoo sets. Brett is now accepting new clients.

Casey Voegeli - Manager/Professional Stylist

Casey has been with Looks Salon and Spa and redefining hair since 2016. She does a variety of services for both men and women including, foil highlighting, deep conditioning, and hair styling. She specializing in; Pure Brazilian smoothing treatments, hair cutting, facial waxing, eyebrow tinting, and permanent and semi-permanent hair coloring. Casey grew up in the hair industry observing and obtaining techniques from her mother’s extensive knowledge and education of hair. While acquiring skills along the way, and incorporating new trends, she puts her own touch into her work to achieve the look you desire. She is now accepting new clients. Rachel Counterman - Receptionist

Rachel has been a receptionist with Looks Salon and Spa since July of 2019. She graduated with academic honors from Snider Highschool, and is happy to say she had never missed one day! She really enjoys calculating numbers, whether she’s cashing a client out or writing up a deposit, Rachel is a genius with numbers. When she is not in the salon she teaches Sunday school for 3rd and 4th grade students, practices German, and indulges in video games.

Judy Kleifgen - Professional Nail Technician

Judy has been a licensed nail technician since 1988. Judy was previously a surgical technician before owning her own salon for 28 years. She now has been with Looks Salon and Spa since 2016 and offers nature nail services to both men and women including shellac, maicures, and pedicures. Judy values the integrity of the nails keeping them healthy and in their natural form. She is now accepting new clients, come see Judy to revive your nails!

Lauren Shelton - Manager/Professional Stylist

Lauren has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2013, and has worked at Looks salon and Spa since 2017. She specializes in services for both men and women including; haircutting, highlighting, permanent and semi-permanent hair coloring, color corrections, Keratin smoothing treatments, and Pure Brazilian Blowouts. Lauren is now accepting new clients and dedicated to helping you achieve your hair goals!

Julie Martin - Professional Stylist

Julie is a third generation cosmetologist, both mother and stepmother took part instructing her growing up. She became a licensed stylist in 1983. Julie previously owned a salon for 10 years and has now been self-employed for over 25 years.
